Ashes, Ashes, We all fall down!

Well, really the volcano ash isn't that noticeable, I just cough abit. yesterday, (Wednesday) I did my warm-up and a 15 mminute outside walk about with the dog and the grand daughter. it was a blast. nice to see the snow starting to melt and the temperatures about 30degrees.
