Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my Core workout today at Jogo. Wednesday Mojo days should be required for everyone on any kind of exercise routine. Truly reinvigorating!! Today was 2 rounds of:
25 V-Ups
25 Super Mans
25 Hollow Rocks
25 GHD Back Extensions
A good quick workout that left plenty of time for stretching, foam rolling, and hitting up the grocery for more zone-friendly foods on the way home!!

You basically lay on your back, hold your arms and legs off the floor, and rock back and forth, trying to control the movement rather than letting momentum carry you. Oof.
