Nancy

Monday was back to reality - back to Crossfit. A big start to the week with Nancy:
5 Rounds of
400 meter run
15 Overhead Squats

It took me 17:46. Prescribed weight for the overhead squats was 65#. I struggle a LOT with locking my shoulders out and keeping that much weight over my head. I did the first round at 45#, then jumped down to 35#. I just couldn't get the right depth with my shoulders locked out. Something more to work on! LOTS of time on the foam roller after this one!

A good (hard) start to the week. Then, because it was a BEAUTIFUL springtime evening, James and I took Puppy for a nice walk when I got home. We all got home with big ol' smiles on our faces!
